Every permanent resident of the United States will be provided free health insurance.

Every person with heath insurance will not be charged for surgeries, prescription drugs and other medical treatment.

The US Department of Health will oversee the implementation of this legislation. Funding shall come from the Congressional discretionary funding.

This legislation will take effect on May 1, 2025. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
